(1) A manufacturer of spirits, beer or Ontario wine may apply to the Registrar for a licence to sell the spirits, beer or Ontario wine to the Liquor Control Board of Ontario under the Liquor Control Act. R.S.O.c. L, s. 22 (1);c.

18, Sched. E, s. 7 (3). Issuance. The LCBO respects your privacy. The personal information and associated transactional data is collected under the authority of the Liquor Control Act, Sec.3(n), R.S.O c.L for the purpose of providing you with personalized communications and offers from the LCBO.

Liquor "Liquor" means spirits, wine and beer, or any combination thereof. It also includes alcohol in any form appropriate for human consumption as a beverage alone or in combination with any other matter. This definition is further detailed in the "Liquor Licence Act", R.S.O.C.L.

Up to $15, 45(2) It is a condition of each licence and permit issued under this Act that the licensee or permit holder facilitate an inspection relevant to the licence or permit.

R.S.O. This definition is further detailed in the Liquor Licence Act, R.S.O.c.L. Generally, the LCBO will not recognize someone as a Supplier of product unless they carry out a. substantial part of the manufacturing process. In all cases, a Supplier must have full legal rights.
